Safety Specialist - Offshore Construction

Qualification:

3-year Full-Time Degree in Health and Safety; or

3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2-year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety; or

3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or

3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH

NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and Offshore Construction experience

Experience

6-8 years experience in an HSEQ role in the field related to Offshore Construction and Maintenance

Other requirements:

Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISM/ISPS accreditation framework is preferred

- Root Cause Analysis certification is preferred

- Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher is preferred

- First Aid certification is preferred

High degree of understanding of offshore construction and maintenance operations

Significant knowledge of the following standards: ISO 900,ISO 14001,ISO 45001,OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines, IADC, API and Behavioral Safety Mentoring Safety Cases
