Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts and closing deals, and conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling & emailing.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns.
  7. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  8. Prepare sales reports and update the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS market.
  3. Fluent in Arabic & English (Spoken & Written)
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
