Job Description

As Resident / Hotel Manager, you will be totally customer-focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel. You will manage, lead, and develop your Heads of Department while they manage and support their teams, ensuring that the highest standards are delivered and budgeted profitability is achieved.

You will oversee all business areas with an eye for detail, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered while utilizing guest feedback to increase performance against KPIs. You will embrace accountability for delivering the hotel business plan, supporting and enabling the bigger picture while ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will currently be a Resident / Hotel Manager in a large operation used to working in a fast-paced environment. You must be confident, have presence, a passion for service delivery, be commercially astute, and enjoy working in a busy operation. You will be agile in your thinking and able to effectively manage your time to meet business needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous position as Resident / Hotel Manager in the hospitality industry
  • Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Service-focused personality is essential, and previous leadership experience is required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
