About the role

Duties and responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and employees in a courteous, professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees or guests
• Liaise with facility management and vendors when needed

What are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure
