Project Account Manager

As Project Account Manager (PAM), in this role you’ll be working with our customers, engineering teams, contractors and designers in the project to drive the sales of Hilti tools, engineering products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage assigned construction jobsites and be a lead point of contact for all matters specific to these jobsites with top-down oversight from inception to completion.
  2. Develop effective understanding of all relevant applications and suggest right solutions specific to trades.
  3. Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the value for money proposition.
  4. Collaborate well with all stakeholders at jobsites and drive key initiatives.
  5. Conduct seminars, product trainings and workshops for customers to raise awareness on new technologies and create understanding of all existing and new Hilti products.
  6. Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
  7. Coordinate and collaborate well with internal stakeholders and get things done on time.
  8. Identify opportunities for growth and suggest action steps to improve business performance.
  9. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  10. Ensure timely coordination with Sold-to AM to collect account receivables.

What you need is:

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Key Account Manager.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineer degree will be a plus) with 2-3 years of sales experience.
  3. Excellent project management skills.
  4. Exposure in handling construction jobsites.
  5. Good product demonstration skills.
  6. Good collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  7. Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic and a “can-do” attitude.
  8. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  9. Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
  10. Proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks.
  11. Superior verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  12. Good communication and presentation skills.
