Luxury Retail Store Manager

Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting a Store Manager for a prestigious client in Qatar. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in store operations and inventory management who can lead a team and deliver exceptional retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations and provide leadership to the retail team.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
3. Supervise stock receiving, storage, labeling, and display of merchandise.
4. Ensure accurate inventory management in both the system and showroom.
5. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate reorders as needed.
6. Maintain stock levels to meet sales demands and ensure proper documentation.
7. Coordinate stock dispatch and showroom replenishment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Store Manager role with a strong storekeeping background.
3. Sound knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory systems.
4. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5. High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
