Job Description

Candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT system development.
Should have good analytical and process skills, and be well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Should be able to analyze, prepare, draft, and review the requirements.
Liaison with business users/Product owners to study the existing process, analyze the requirements, and propose improvements.
Experience working with drawing tools for process definitions and use case diagrams.
Should have experience onboarding development teams on the requirements to implement functionality without any gaps.
Prepare use cases and test cases for UAT together with business users.
Good communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders in the project.
Perform the role of project coordinator and act as a channel to connect the business team with the project team.
Should possess good presentation skills to engage stakeholders professionally.
Preferable experience in the airline domain.
