Land Transport Performance Specialist

Our transportation and logistics team in the Middle East is experiencing exciting growth, and we have a need for a strong Land Transport Performance Specialist to support one of our major clients in Qatar. You will be working closely with our exciting client where you will be involved in supervising the implementation of approved plans and the performance of a wide range of strategic land transport projects. In order for you to fulfill this role, you must have excellent knowledge and experience of local transport planning and performance, using standard modeling packages and transport appraisal techniques. In addition, you will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Develop annual plans for quality programs and their applications and follow up on compliance with performance quality standards.
2. Improve plans and periodic programs to expand the circle of knowledge on the importance and requirements of quality performance including training in dealing with its applications.
3. Develop executive programs to monitor defects in performance quality and points of breach in quality systems and procedures.
4. Prepare studies and research related to conformity with international standards and procedures.
5. Organize the guidelines and instructions related to quality performance.
6. Work within a team of specialists with consulting companies to prepare studies necessary for the management.
7. Plan and discuss technical reports, correspondences, and presentations related to work.

1. You must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
2. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the land transport quality performance field.
