JOB DESCRIPTION

A Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for presenting and preparing high quality and an excellent staff experience while ensuring all is in place and organised.

As a Kitchen Coordinator, you are responsible for presenting and preparing high quality and excellent staff experience. A Kitchen Coordinator will also be required to ensure all is in place and organised. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Prepare and present high quality tasks within company guidelines
2. Keep working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
3. Ensure all is in place for all relevant menus
4. Communicate with other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
5. Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
6. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
7. Be environmentally aware
