Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Officer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide on-site technical support for implementation and administration of a project safety program.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Be site based and shall cover the following activities across multiple work areas:
2. Monitor the safety performance of contractors on site;
3. Monitor compliance with occupational health standards and use of personal protection equipment;
4. Participate in internal safety reviews and site inspections;
5. Take part in incident investigation;
6. Check observance of the permit to work systems;
7. Carry out or procure specialist HSE training;
8. Assist H&S Specialist to implement H&S standards on site;
9. Prepare Site Safety reports;
10. Coordinate closely with Ashghal Quality, Health and Safety Department on Safety requirement and reporting to minimize construction disruption on site.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering/ Health/ Environmental from a recognized institute to the approval of the Engineer.
2. Must have a demonstrable overall experience of 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in similar surface & ground water networks projects.
