Responsibilities
Is accountable to Hotel Operations in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.
Provides guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and helps them set their respective departmental objectives.
Oversees the quality, consistency and presentation in the outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards of the hotel and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Oversees the service standards of all outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
