Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and delivery of the digital transformation strategy (App, web, chatbot channels, AI-powered self-service, and eCommerce) in line with the Company Digitalization strategy and drive agile development.
  2. Ensure digital channels and operations deliver on commercial, customer experience, and service priorities, focusing on AI-driven automation, personalization, and efficiency.
  3. Develop and lead a digital innovation focused on long-term strategic transformations with the intent of delivering new market innovations supporting our brand and commercial ambitions.
  4. Establish an omnichannel digital experience strategy, integrating all digital and physical customer touchpoints seamlessly.
  5. Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation through agile methodologies, AI-powered insights, and emerging digital technologies.
