Head of Asset Management

A notable organisation with strong links across the region is looking to add a C-Suite level hire to their asset management function to drive the growth and strategy across their property portfolio.

The Chief Asset Management Officer will work very closely with the Board of Directors on the portfolio construction, focusing on new investments and maintaining a profitable and diverse portfolio. This is a great role for a Director of Asset Management to take a step up and play a pivotal role in shaping and developing an impressive property portfolio.

Working with the CEO, the Chief Asset Management Officer will have full autonomy in shaping and defining the newly created department. The portfolio has a heavy weighting on hospitality assets but does include many other areas as well.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years’ experience within asset management, ideally having worked within a consultancy environment previously. This role is very much suited to a strong Asset Manager with solid experience of managing a large portfolio of hospitality and other assets.
