Job Responsibilities

1. Recognize, report, and correct potential safety hazards (broken doors or railings, fire hazards, etc.) and notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
2. Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs.
3. Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects.
4. Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs if necessary.
5. Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs.
6. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
