Requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in culinary leadership roles, including 3+ years as Executive Chef. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or luxury environments preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in international and healthy cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control knowledge.
Creative menu planning with a focus on nutrition and presentation.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
