Electrical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work to ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and standards
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in various construction or industrial projects
• Ensuring that electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinating with project managers and other departments to ensure electrical systems are aligned with project specifications
• Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems to identify faults and ensure proper functioning
• Monitoring the performance of electrical equipment and recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary
• Leading and managing a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and safety oversight
• Ensuring the safety of electrical operations and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of electrical inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair logs
• Managing electrical inventory, ensuring adequate supplies, and coordinating with procurement teams

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in electrical engineering preferred)
• Certification in electrical installation or supervision (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in electrical supervision or related roles within industrial or construction settings
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety standards
