Director of Health and Wellness

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Key player to guide and assist the leadership team translate the Resort’s Health & Wellness strategy into actionable programs and activities.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Health & Wellness department in accordance with the Resort’s guidelines and local health regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and research techniques and products, providing recommendations and the appropriate level of knowledge transfer to the leadership team.
• Align wellness initiatives with the organization’s mission, guest expectations, and industry trends.
• Identify new revenue streams such as wellness memberships, retreats, or corporate wellness partnerships.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing wellness programs, spa services, or health-focused facilities.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare within luxury brands, five-star hotels, high-end wellness resorts.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and business development within a wellness setting.
• Good command in writing and speaking English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement guest-focused wellness programs.
