Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Recruitment Officer at QPM located in Qatar. The Sr. Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. They will coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies, and resolving recruitment-related issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Experience in recruitment within the real estate or infrastructure industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications in recruitment or HR management are a plus
