Commercial And Tendering Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently seeking a Commercial and Tendering Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial and Tendering Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the commercial activities and tendering processes for our clients in the region. Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Tendering Packages
2. Coordination with Central Procurement Unit
3. Align on project budget and cost
4. Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan for Business Unit
5. Internal Stakeholders management
6. Contract management
7. Contracts/POs execution coordination with Central Procurement, Legal, Insurance and other stakeholders
8. Support the End User/Proponent and prepare Purchase Requisition Forms
9. Act as a Key User and issue SAP Purchase Requisitions (PR)
10. Prepare and review Tender Documents to be issued (including Tender Plan, Evaluation Criteria, Commercial template, KPIs, etc.)
11. Oversee the invoice workflow within SAP S/4 HANA and provide assistance to the End User/Proponent and Contract Manager in reviewing and approving invoices
12. Where required, provide support to the End User/Proponent and Contract Manager in monitoring supplier performance to ensure targets are met and identify ways to improve the supply chain process with suppliers

1. SAP Hanna and SAP Ariba
2. Min 5 years of Procurement experience
3. Strong written and verbal communication
4. Expert knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, activities, and trends
5. Experience in relationship management with vendors
6. Experience in drafting contract documents across various stages of the project lifecycle (e.g., RFP, SOW, Tender Plan, Commercial templates, KPIs, etc.)
7. Bachelor's degree in related areas (Business, Supply Chain, Project Management)
8. Fluency in English (Arabic is advantageous but not essential)
9. Excellent interpersonal skills
