Flow has partnered with a leading holding company who are hiring an Operations Capability Manager to be based in Qatar.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement operations capability enhancement strategies.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support in consultation on business development projects.
- Manage and lead different stakeholders to execute process improvement initiatives.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Conduct assessments of current practices and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Qatar will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
- FMCG experience is a must.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
