Flow has partnered with a leading holding company who are hiring an Operations Capability Manager to be based in Qatar.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop and implement operations capability enhancement strategies.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support in consultation on business development projects.
• Manage and lead different stakeholders to execute process improvement initiatives.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
• Conduct assessments of current practices and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only Candidates currently based in Qatar will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
• FMCG experience is a must.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
