Call Center Operator Vacancy in Umm-Salal, Qatar

Our company is looking for the following positions:

1. Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative
2. Technical Support Representative
3. Sales Agent
4. Fiber Technician

All nationalities are accepted.

Full Time

8 hours work + 1 hour break.

Very competitive salary for qualified applicants (will discuss upon the interview).

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic (verbal and written)
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Computer proficiency and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers
• Provide information about products or services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Process orders and returns
• Generate sales leads
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Collect customer feedback
• Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support
