The Main Purpose of your role is to:
Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts
Spearhead the implementation of new projects
Resolve escalations
Keep the customer experience in check at all times
Guide and train the new partners on everything Snoonu
Charter marketing plans for the accounts on the platform
Upsell services like premium positioning, offers, banners, etc
Devise growth strategies for the accounts
Troubleshooting
Do you have some of these?
2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Food Delivery, SaaS, or similar
The above experience should be in commercial and customer-facing roles
Well versed in data analysis and reporting
Comfortable working in a non-structured environment
Crisis management skills
Experience with B2B negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce is desirable
Bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance, or marketing. Master is a plus
