About the Role
In this dynamic Client Partner role - Qatar Office, you'll be the quarterback for your client's success. You'll wear many hats, leading all operational aspects of their brand and digital projects, from conception to execution. You'll become their trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business challenges, crafting solutions that drive actual results.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Champion: Lead presentations showcasing the agency's best creative solutions, utilising persuasion and proven success to win client buy-in.

Skills & Experience
- Active Listener & Strategic Thinker: You excel at understanding client needs, then go beyond the brief to anticipate and proactively develop solutions.
- Creative Visionary: Experience crafting impactful campaigns and solutions with a strong understanding of digital marketing (a plus!).
- Strategic Powerhouse: You confidently lead conversations, write briefs, and respond to enquiries, demonstrating strategic expertise.
- Trusted Advisor: You have a proven track record of building and nurturing senior-level client relationships, becoming an extension of their team.
- Collaboration Maestro: You excel at fostering strong relationships across all agency departments, ensuring seamless teamwork.
- Team Leadership Experience: Experience leading and mentoring teams at the Account Manager or Account Executive level is a plus.
- Financial Acumen: You possess sound financial management skills.

- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in an advertising, creative, or integrated agency is preferred.
