We are looking for Support Technician to join our team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

  • Manage the operational team's schedule for the building (Facilities administration, maintenance, security, and cleaning);
  • Ensure compliance with and quality of preventive maintenance plans and corrective actions;
    Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for preventive action.
  • Update assets and locations on the Nextbitt platform, improve inspection processes, and follow up on identified NOKs (non-conformities);
  • Submit legal communications regarding waste and fluorinated gases;
  • Ensure communication with building occupants;
  • Support Facilities team requests and resolve pending issues;
  • Conduct benchmarking of products, services, and suppliers;
  • Organize and oversee building engagement/animation activities;
  • Receive and accompany companies and entities visiting the buildings;
  • Act as the safety delegate in emergency situations;
  • Be responsible for the building outside normal working hours, including in case of alarms;

  • Higher Education – Essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of processes and a strategic approach to solutions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – To optimize administrative tasks and ensure efficient information management;
  • Process analysis and implementation of continuous improvement actions – To identify optimization opportunities and ensure operational effectiveness;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – Important to ensure clear and effective interaction with teams and building occupants;
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, dynamism, and attention to detail – To meet deadlines and manage various daily tasks efficiently.
  • Proactivity and team spirit – Important to anticipate needs and collaborate effectively in the work environment;
  • Driving license (mandatory).
