As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Comply with company policies and procedures to meet legal, quality, and business requirements.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service by responding to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide coverage for the “stock credit”, designed to facilitate the financing of the acquisition of new and/or used vehicles by clients.
  • Facilitate the initiation and signing of lines of credit by collaborating with the appropriate parties.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulations and financial conditions during the signing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lines of credit and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Manage financial provisions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to concessionaires.
  • Verify the integrity and accuracy of the documentation.
  • Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Work proactively and independently to meet objectives and goals.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2).
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1).
  • Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in the service languages.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personality.
  • Capacity for self-organization, planning, and prioritization.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and instructions.
  • Ability to remain calm and lucid in critical situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with problematic interlocutors.
  • Experience in measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across a wide range of functional areas and geographies.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Experience with policy work or aid resource project management.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative operations, financial services, or credit management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (mainly required).
  • Knowledge of accounting is valuable.
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Work from our Santos site).
