Job Description

As a Senior Operations & Central Functions Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

In your new role you will:

• Develop, review, and maintain cost center forecast and data upload
• Collaborate closely with cost center owners to align on forecasts, and financial targets, ensuring that projections are accurate and aligned with the company’s financial objectives
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports to provide insights into cost center performance
• Act as a trusted financial business partner, providing strategic insights, guidance, and collaborative solutions to drive informed decision-making
• Oversee and execute postings, chargings, and booking of accruals
• Facilitate master data creation and updates when required
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and digitalization opportunities to boost efficiency and minimize operational risks

Your Profile

You are a proactive person and enjoy generating value with your ideas and solutions. As you are a fast learner, often exploring unknown boundaries, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully to bring up feasible solutions, while maintaining high quality standards. Your excellent communication skills allow you to quickly establish a successful cooperation and sustainable relationships with people across all levels of the organization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor's or above degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar position. Preferably within G&A domains and in an international and multicultural environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to assess the broader financial impact
• Results-oriented mindset, proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to build positive and constructive relationships to work in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Mature interlocutor at all organizational levels
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong affinity for IT tools and digitalization in Finance. Experience with SAP is a plus
• Fluency in English
