What’s the purpose of this role?

• Design and Optimize MDG Processes: Develop and enhance end-to-end SAP Master Data Governance in-system designs, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
• Stakeholder Enablement and Engagement: Educate key stakeholders on data consolidation, central data governance, mass processing, data quality management, and process analytics.
• Configuration and Implementation: Govern and guide configuration, design, build, test, and deployment of the core SAP MDG solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Project Leadership and Management: Assist project teams to manage project delivery, collaborate with business product owners to create value through SAP MDG deployment.
• Continuous Improvement and Support: Provide ongoing support, training, and enhancements to ensure the SAP MDG solution continues to meet evolving business needs.

What is needed to succeed in this Role?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, consumer and commercial systems design, and implementation.
• Extensive SAP MDG Experience: At least 7 years of experience with SAP Master Data and the SAP MDG module, including hands-on design and configuration.
• End-to-End Implementation Expertise: Experience in at least three full lifecycle SAP MDG implementations, demonstrating the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Technical and Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP MDG, including data modeling, process design, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Consulting and Advisory Skills: Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role, with the ability to guide clients through complex data governance challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead project teams, ensuring successful delivery of SAP MDG solutions.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a solid focus on collaboration and partner management.
