Product Manager - Europe

Responsibilities:

• Guide product development—from conception to launch—aligned with the company strategy;
• Deeply understand our customers and their needs;
• Monitor usability tests, research, data analysis, and user interviews;
• Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop product hypotheses;
• Define, prioritize, and communicate our short- and long-term product goals;
• Work closely with developers, designers, marketing, customer success, and data teams;
• Establish clear success metrics for our products;
• Document, communicate, and oversee product launches.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in digital product development as a PM or similar role;
• Robust experience in overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology products;
• Knowledge of discovery and scoping frameworks;
• Proficiency in agile methodologies;
• Passion for solving customer needs;
• Advanced technical English;
• Availability to work onsite/hybrid Portugal or Spain.

Differentiators:

• Experience in the entertainment industry;
• Experience as a Systems Analyst or previous programming experience.
