Legal Associate Contracts

Job Purpose

As Legal Associate Contracts, you will ensure the accurate documentation, organisation and management of all contracts within a centralised database. This includes maintaining up-to-date records, tracking contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting of contract-related information. You will collaborate with internal teams, providing legal support and guidance to internal teams on contractual matters.

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain accurate and organised records of all contracts.
2. Identify legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
3. Provide legal support to internal teams.

Your profile

Education

1. Law degree

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

1. Collaborative.
2. Proactive.
3. Organised.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and maintaining organised records of contract documentation.

Work Location:

1. 2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office.
