IT Support Consultant (M/F)

We are looking for an IT Support Consultant (Mid-Level) to join a client project in Lisbon. If you have technical expertise and enjoy solving problems, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to users and systems;
2. Resolve incidents and technical issues;
3. Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures;
4. Participate in continuous improvement projects;
5. Document procedures and solutions.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in IT support;
2. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
3. Familiarity with networking and virtualization tools;
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
5. Proficiency in English.
