YOUR ROLE:

  1. Team Development & Coaching

RESPONSABILITIES:
  1. Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
  2. Provide coaching, guidance, and development to the team to enhance their skills and meet performance expectations.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve process gaps, escalating issues as needed to internal stakeholders or leadership.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide the team with the necessary resources, tools, and updates to perform effectively.
  5. Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and best practices by the vendor team.
  6. Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and financial outcomes while maintaining operational efficiency.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  1. 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
  2. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Solid understanding of key performance metrics and operational reporting.
  5. Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch.

  1. Competitive base salary + Meal Allowance of 9€;
  2. Direct contract with the client, with expected onboarding in June/July;
