What You'll Do in This Role

1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and document relevant case information.
2. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues across multiple communication channels.
3. Handle inquiries efficiently or escalate them to higher support levels when needed.
4. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and close help tickets properly.

What We're Looking For

1. Has a strong command of the German language (written and spoken) and is fluent in English (B2 level).
2. Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify technical terms for non-technical users.
3. Demonstrates patience and a problem-solving mindset when addressing customer needs.
4. Stays updated on the latest trends in IT and technology.
5. Is proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
