Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Coordinator Retail Sales will work with the Retail Sales Manager in the planning and implementation of several campaigns, reporting, and data analyses. The role includes supporting the team in everything related to the management of retailers and licensees for The Walt Disney Company. It also involves managing, planning, and implementing various activities in
the Portuguese market, either in the retail landscape or outside of it, in collaboration with external partners of TWDC and other business areas of the company.

This role will require you to work 4 days a week in our Lisbon office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
  • Planning and execution of the Retail Plan, along with the Retail Manager and DCP (Disney Consumer Products) team.
  • Coordination of campaigns with various areas of the company, such as Marketing, PR, Ad Sales & Partnerships, Disney+, Theatrical, etc., both in Portugal and with other countries in the EMEA region.
  • Support in meetings and negotiations with retailers and licensees.
  • Preparing reports of major retail and seasonal campaigns, such as Christmas, Easter, Summer, and Back to School campaigns, including store checks and analysis of both Disney and competition data.
  • Prepare reports of Disney campaigns such as loyalties, national promos, and category-oriented projects.
  • Propose marketing solutions together with Retail Manager and agencies.
  • Support in all POS events, coordinating with agencies and stores/shopping malls.
  • Planning and implementing the annual workshops together with Retail Manager; meetings, campaigns, and administrative operational/daily issues with Assist.
  • Proceed with translations of DCP, either in English or Spanish to Portuguese, from newsletters, television ads, various campaigns, etc.
  • Revise data analysis (Retail sales, consumer studies, etc.), presentations, events, and contact with several departments in the company, in Portugal, Spain, and Regional.


Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG, or retail campaigns.
  • Preferably a Degree in Management or Marketing (or similar).
  • Fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish skills (spoken and written).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience in an international company helpful.
  • Skilled in data analytics.
  • Proactive, responsible, creative, versatile, and with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and deal with tight deadlines.
  • Marketing & Sales oriented with strong knowledge of the Portuguese market.
  • Customer experience focus and commercial mindset.
