If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Content Moderator in Porto, Portugal (On-Site), you will support our client's different areas of social media and ensure client guidelines are followed, promoting and participating in service improvements.

What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Take an active role in seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience;
• Review, audit, and moderate content from the end customer;
• Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media rules;
• Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining a high level of quality;
• Be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines to nuanced policies;
• Make autonomous decisions on potentially sensitive or business-critical issues.

• Are fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2);
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience;
• Can tolerate repetitive work in a fast-paced environment;
• Can work as a team member and independently;
• Can multitask and communicate effectively.
