Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating all the company's internal and external communication activities in line with the company's Marketing strategy and policies, reporting directly to the Head of Communications APAC & EMEA.
  2. Managing and coordinating the internal and external communication of the JLL brand (corporate communication).
  3. Developing and implementing the communication plan (internal & external) in line with the brand/company strategy.
  4. Acting as brand keeper: Liaising with the international team to ensure that JLL's brand image and tone of voice guidelines are used.
  5. Supporting the company's different business areas in defining and implementing the best PR & Communication practices, taking into account the specificities and particularities of each one.
  6. Supervising the production of content for JLL's corporate communication (videos, podcasts, etc.).
  7. Managing JLL's own brand channels (defining priorities and managing existing content in coordination with the rest of the marketing team):
    1. Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp).
    2. JLL website.
    3. Intranet and internal communication.
  8. Analyzing and reporting of available communication metrics.
  9. Managing JLL merchandising (procurement, purchasing, supplier/idea research, stock management).
  10. Media Relations: managing relations with the media, coordinating relations with PR, communications, and media agencies.
  11. Managing the communications calendar.
  12. Ensuring the management and production of internal and external events, ensuring contacts with suppliers and their operationalization.
  13. Coordinating and managing the Sponsoring policy (production of materials, communication, liaison between partners).
  14. Liaising with the international team (EMEA region) in order to align communication priorities and key messages in force at any given time.

Skills:

  1. Organized, communicative.
  2. Empathetic, sociable, and highly capable of interpersonal relationships.
  3. Team spirit.
  4. User-friendly knowledge of the office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  5. Writing skills (Portuguese and English).
  6. Proficiency in English.
  7. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

On-site – Lisbon, PRT
