Assistant Project Manager

From its company locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Madrid and Lisbon, ROCKSTONE implements projects in these major cities and their metropolitan regions. Projects with an investment volume of around 500 million euros are currently being developed and implemented.

• Oversee construction sites, general contractors, Site Supervision and Consultants to ensure a high level of quality and safety;
• Supervise that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, documents and procedures;
• Ensure that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract specs and good engineering practices;
• Develop the construction contract and control it during the construction period;
• Create and review Requests for Proposals and Change Orders;
• Manage, together with the design team, the modifications requested by the Clients;
• Manage the project’s budget and schedule and develop the necessary reports;
• Invoices’ verification, processing and logging;
• Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Civil Engineering;
• 3+ years of experience working in the construction field;
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills;
• Conflict management and problem solving skills;
• Proficient with MS Office tools and exposure to schedule software;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Tolls;
