ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Inspired AI Implementation Specialist, you will play an important role in the successful implementation and optimization of our Inspired AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our platform into educational institutions worldwide.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of educational technology. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Inspired AI Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of our educational technology (EdTech) platform on a global scale, with the support and line-manager of our Head of EdTech Implementation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and integration of the platform across various educational institutions worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a background in EdTech implementation, project management, and a passion for advancing education through technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of our EdTech platform in educational institutions globally, ensuring alignment with project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with our other EdTech Teams.
• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure seamless deployment of the platform.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and actively manage project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on platform features, functionalities, and best practices for implementation, configuration, and usage.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track platform usage, user engagement, and performance metrics, generating insights to inform strategic decision-making and further enhance the platform's effectiveness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in educational technology implementation, with a focus on Inspired AIs or learning management systems (LMS).
• Project management skills and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in educational technology.
