Job Description

The Operations Supervisor leads the team to ensure quality service and operational support for both internal and external customers. This leader will manage daily workflows to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate balancing of general ledgers before and after fund disbursements
  • Effectively managing and developing staff, ranging from non-exempt to exempt professionals
  • Administering corporate policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Participating in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures impacting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operational perspective

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of operations-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Broad understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of risk and risk-related activities
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and project management skills
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

- The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
