OverviewThe HR Team Leader (Tier1) will manage a team of Sr. Associates and Associates to ensure timely and accurate support is provided to employees regarding inquiries related to HR Operations matters: Data Administration, Payroll Inputs, Compensation / Benefits Administration, Onboarding administration, policies and procedures.
This position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnership with local HR business partners in the in-scope countries and ensuring constant learning, strong HR administration and labor knowledge and team development.
