Summary

The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Head of IT Infrastructure Section.

The position of Head of IT Infrastructure Section offers a unique opportunity to establish and develop a business.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the infrastructure (Hetzner, Azure).
2. Staff development (taking people from support to mentoring and transferring "adult" staff to DevOps).
3. Infrastructure improvement and development.
4. Ensuring availability of services 99.9%.
5. Fulfilling the role of the 2nd line of technical support.

Requirements

1. Experience as a Head of System Administrators/Infrastructure/DevOps service for at least 3 years.
2. Higher education in the field of information technology.
3. Experience managing an infrastructure of more than 20 servers (VMs) in a company with over 500 employees.
4. Role of a "play coach".
5. Understanding of Infrastructure Services KPIs.
6. Understanding of Assessment and One-to-One processes.
7. Ability to solve non-standard, non-trivial tasks.
