ERP & Business Process Manager

Location: Gdańsk ul. Leona Droszyńskiego 24, bud. F2

Tasks:

1. Business continuity solutions and development of AX2012 systems and tools such as online store (Infor Sale Portal), configurator (Infor CPQ), machine integration, etc.
2. Initiating and transitioning the change in the AX code (Change Request).
3. Supervision of Regression Test and Process Test processes of the new AX code and the tool to be used.
4. Cooperation with EMEIA IT structures (including Wipro) in the scope of regular operation of the AX system.
5. Incident management in the scope of errors and performance of AX work and tools.
6. First line of contact with the structure with access (up to the EMEIA level) and with IT access (subcontractors).

Expectations:

1. Fluent knowledge of AX2012 system min. R2: advanced level project module.
2. Fluent knowledge of AX2012 system administration (user access, user authorizations, workflow, subcontracting, batch jobs, etc.).
3. Experience in Change Management: initiating, supervising and coordinating work on changes in AX2012 and related tools.
4. Experience in Incident Management: coordinating a team in the scope of current problems in the functioning of the AX system and related tools.
5. Understanding the functioning of business processes in the context of ERP systems.
6. Knowledge of MS Power BI.
7. Knowledge of the functioning of the D365 environment and methods of building integration with AX2012.
8. Knowledge of English (fluent in speaking and writing).
9. Ability to work under time pressure.
10. Basic knowledge of SQL.
11. Knowledge of, among others, one tool from the D365 family such as D365 Sales, D365 CRM, D365 Field Service.
