Enterprise Operations Accounts Receivable Analyst with French Krakow, PL

As Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be a part of the OTC Team supporting the Canadian market. You will be responsible for Dispute Management and supporting the Customer Service process.

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Managing national and small format accounts for the Canadian market
2. Dispute creation in S4 Hana
3. Dispute clearings in S4 Hana
4. Attending regular meetings with the client
5. Rebate calculation for small format accounts
6. Supporting customer service line in French
7. Customer Service spa box management and replying to clients’ e-mails

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Readiness to work in Canadian time (14-22 at least twice a week)
2. Fluent in English and French
