Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we are looking for our new Business Intelligence Specialist for EMEA for our SSG segment, more info below:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collecting and processing business data from various sources, including SAP system.
  2. Creating and maintaining interactive and intuitive Power BI dashboards that enable managers to analyze and monitor key business performance indicators.
  3. Analyzing data and identifying trends, exceptions, and potential areas for improvement.
  4. Preparing reports with data analysis findings for the management team and other stakeholders in the company.
  5. Collaborating with Logistics & Planning team to understand parts supply requirements, inventory management, and optimize logistics processes.
  6. Creating SQL scripts and queries and utilizing Python language for process automation and efficient data processing.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards.
  2. Knowledge of Python programming language and ability to create scripts for data processing.
  3. Excellent command of SQL language for efficient data retrieval and manipulation in databases.
  4. Analytical thinking skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and define requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of statistical analysis methods for data interpretation.
  2. Understanding of basic logistics concepts and business processes related to parts supply.
  3. Experience working with SAP system and ability to extract data from it.
