We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund Administration Representative I to join our Expense/Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland - hybrid. Working hours for this role are 11.00-19.00/12.00-20.00.


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Working in a team to deliver the best possible expense-related service to our Clients in daily operations regime.
  2. Supporting day-to-day expense-related activities, including processing invoices, preparing budgets, and validating daily P&L charges.
  3. Preparing various expense-related reporting to our clients.
  4. Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external Clients.
  5. Participating in projects which CEU is engaged to.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  1. Degree in Finance or Economy or other appropriate discipline.
  2. Good command of English allowing for business communication (both spoken and written).
  3. Positive “can do” attitude.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Business acumen and basic understanding of the fund industry.
  6. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular, lookups, pivots, etc.).
  7. Willingness to learn new applications/systems.
