We believe that IT-driven transformations in the Energy industry are the foundation for building the intelligent enterprise. Join our team as a Transformation Agility Consultant to participate in the digitalization journey of the Energy industry, including, for example, ERP systems implementation or other transformation activities.

Our Consultants have excellent communication skills (English and at least one other language) with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible for leading and managing transformation projects and the relationship with the client and cooperating with our delivery centers across the globe.

THE WORK:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your typical day might include:

1. Leading revolutionary transformations based on ERP systems like SAP, involving dynamic communication, thought-provoking research, organizational change, and knowledge-sharing with training-related activities.
2. Being responsible for project management activities from planning to execution, driving adoption of ERP systems like SAP implementation.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1. A minimum of 2 years of past experience in business transformation projects (i.e., new systems implementation), including activities like project management, transformation roadmaps development, training, communication, or change management.
2. Interest in management consulting work related to IT-driven Transformation like:

• Roles & authorizations,
• Project management,
• Business case development,
• Systems change impacts discovery,
• Communication/training/people management.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

1. Interest or experience in the Energy/Resources industry.
2. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, like SAP.
3. Fluency in other languages than English (e.g., German, French).
