Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in support activity overall.
Candidates should have ITIL certification V3 or V4.
Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage.
Have worked on applications running on Windows.
Should be able to do the following:
SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction.
