Application Specialist (all genders)

Our professional team at MILESTONE Poland Hub is looking for a committed personality with an international understanding and exceptional skills in dealing with guests to start as soon as possible as Application Specialist (all genders).

Your responsibilities

• Provide First-Level Support and Troubleshooting: Handle initial support requests from your colleagues, report and escalate issues to suppliers, and develop temporary workarounds to ensure system functionality.
• Test and Implement System Features: Conduct testing, implement new features, and plan system upgrades to enhance the Property Management System.
• Monitor and Customize the System: Regularly monitor system performance, customize features to meet specific needs, and automate repetitive tasks for efficiency.
• Create Documentation and Conduct Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions to support users and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in Project Teams and Ensure System Integration: Actively contribute to project teams, ensuring that new projects align with and are successfully integrated into the existing IT infrastructure.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems such as RealPage-PEX; knowledge of Cloudbeds or any other software is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with software testing and bug tracking, including proficiency with JIRA for effective issue resolution.
• Fluent in English – please provide your application documents in English.
