What this job involves

  1. Creation of POs based on provided form in E1(JDE)
  2. Preparing bank payments
  3. Generation of AP standard reporting pack (open PO, not matched vouchers, not invoiced receipts)
  4. Support month end close process (AP, AR, GL functions)
  5. Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks
  6. Transitions of new clients
  7. Query resolution support
  8. Cooperation with extended team in Gurugram and client facing teams

Requirements

  1. Good English - min. B2 level
  2. Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required
  3. Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  4. Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems
  5. Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
  7. Familiarity with E1(JDE) and People Soft financial systems is advantageous
  8. Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciated
