What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models for efficient querying and analysis.

• Implement and optimize SQL-based transformations to support analytics workflows.

• Utilize DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, ensuring data quality and governance.

• Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to present insights effectively.

• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate and refine ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and advanced data manipulation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across the analytics ecosystem.

Must haves

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles.

• Tableau: Advanced proficiency in creating dashboards and visual reports.

• SQL: Advanced skills in writing and optimizing queries for complex datasets.

• DBT: Intermediate experience with data transformations and pipeline management.

• Python: Intermediate experience for scripting, automation, and data processing.

• ETL/ELT: Basic understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

• Working hours will be Dublin Time Zone.

• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Experience working in a hybrid role combining data engineering and analytics.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions.

• Prior experience in industries such as finance, e-commerce, or technology is a plus.

• Knowledge of additional BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Metabase is a bonus.

Requirements
