Terms and Conditions:

• Method of procurement: single stage, single envelope procedure. The bidders can also submit the offer electronically by email.
• Quotation form should be filled completely in ink or printed. All pages shall be signed and stamped.
• Erasing/cutting or over-writing should be avoided.
• The firms/contractors/suppliers should be registered with Income Tax Office.
• Prices should be inclusive of all Govt. taxes.
• Rate should be inclusive driver Food and his accommodation
• Rate should be Inclusive of Repair, Maintenance, and Oil Change & Wash.
• Rate exclusive of fuel.
• The rates must be valid for at least one Year 2025 from last date of submission of quotations.
• Quantities (demand) shall be specified as per need.
• The interested firms/contractors/suppliers should submit their quotations latest by 05.00 pm on December 27, 2024.
• Human Appeal Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

UNDERTAKING BY BIDDER:

I hereby undertake that the above information is correct and if found incorrect, the firm shall be liable for disqualification/legal action.
